... well, no. Actually they're just practicing. But it'll be fun!
Maddy's posture in the top left panel is borrowed from the Jet Li movie "Hero," while Russ's is taken directly from a very old illustration of "Hamlet," I believe. So, he's ready to duel Maddy or Laertes, whoever shows up first.
