Added 2016-11-10 06:49:22 +0000 UTCThis was actually drawn years ago! It's always been canon that Cassiopeia's wristbands and ankle bands are the only physical clothes she wears. They emit the rest of her outfit using holofields. It hasn't really come up, but we want to go into it more - and explain that yes, as we shown in the Halloween comic, it can be used to help with disguises.
In fact, this old doodle is why she was written as dressing up like La Llorona in that Halloween story. La Llorona, in legends, sometimes gets described as having the face of a horse, or a horse's skull for a head.
