Added 2016-09-28 06:51:42 +0000 UTCSo, this is the sketch phase. The script is turned into some loose art so we can know what the page will look like. This also involves the critical step of the layout being established.
There are a lot of things to consider in addition to including the stuff the script calls for drawings of - for instance, where the dialogue will fit once all the other details are in place.
(Personally, for that very reason, I try to use no more than 25 word in any given bubble. More than that, and it can be hard to find an unobtrusive place to put the damn thing.)
