Time is starting to pass painfuly slow for the rescuers as they're starting to tire out from their efforts, and some of them are becoming more and more desperate. Finally some help arrives, but it's only one small unit for now with two paramedics. They are very highly trained, but way more people are needed to handle this situation of course. The unit leading officer is forced to make a decision and focus on helping a single patient, one who she thinks needs immediate attention but also has a good chance to make it to the hospital alive. Hopefully more medics get there soon...

The AED model is a private mod that was shared with me by a friend and the pads are a complicated edit I made, so I can't share it easily, sorry.
