EDIT: LOOOOL I forgot to talk about N64 on NSO. I guess there isn't too much to say though. Just that it seems pretty likely, though it's another thing I shouldn't get my hopes up for. This could be some other weird controller or peripheral for something else entirely. We might be lucky to even get Gameboy games.

What if Nintendo bought Sega? Imagine if they had the time and resources to make Sonic the best it can be and without the strain of porting to multuple platforms? If they could release a new game in the Super Monkey Ball series without having to prime the market with remakes? Like any company they try to pump out games before the end of the fuscal year, but what if they didn't have to worry about profits for once? Imagine a world where we get a 3D Sonic game every two or three years that actually functions? And spinoffs that aren't just mobile games?

If you only have so much memory/RAM then you can only record so much audio. For weeks my brain could not connect that simple idea. It was like pointing to a donut and not having any money to buy it, and still being confused as to why you cannot have the donut. Speaking of donuts, can't wait to hear what you've been eating, on your next podcast.

2021-09-22 21:56:03 +0000 UTCThe rumor is that the final Smash character is going be a first party character. So based on that, and the fact that this game loves Anime Sword fighters, I say the final Smash character will be Urbosa. Sora and Doomguy will be Mii costumes.

2021-09-22 21:24:16 +0000 UTCI'd like one big surprise, a single-player focused big franchise that isn't anime. If we get that, I'm very happy. Pikmin 4 would be amazing, but as Arlo's been saying, there's so many franchises ripe for a new game: 3D Mario, 2D Zelda, Donkey Kong, 2D Mario, Yoshi, Kirby, Mario Kart, Mario and Luigi, or going more out there, even Starfox, F-Zero. Just *one* of those games would make for a good direct.

2021-09-22 21:16:50 +0000 UTCstakes are really low this time honestly, we have so many great games confirmed for this year and next year already so i’m excited to just have a fun time with smaller reveals and new details on games we already know about. DK or Kirby would rule though. As for smash, my expectations are quite a bit lower I guess. Sora would be a dream but I feel like he would’ve been the big E3 reveal if he was in. I feel like it’ll be smaller and probably be a nintendo character. a rule breaking surprise like Waluigi would be great though.
2021-09-22 21:15:29 +0000 UTCI'm really hoping we see something regarding the upcoming Kirby game, that's been in development for a while now. As for Smash, pretty much everyone who I wanted is now in, so I'm just sitting back with my popcorn. Dragapult from Sword/Shield would be amazing but most Smash fans don't seem to want another Pokemon as the final fighter. Also, I hope we get to hear more about the next Big Fat Reviews in the next Patrearlocast :0 I've never played a Pikmin game but I would LOVE to hear Arlo analyze the heck out of those.

2021-09-22 20:10:45 +0000 UTCI've been diving back into Fire Emblem lately so how about... "Fire Emblem: Radiant Saga"? -A remastered double-port of Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn. Those two games are super hard to find and very expensive on eBay. Remastered ports of both would be inexpensive to do and would make series fans very happy.
