Eat your favorite fruit instead of the vegetable you hate, and it's still better than eating sweets and fast food. You can blend the vegetables you don't like into a smoothie. Ir you add a banana and strawberries they cover up the veggie flavor in the smoothie. It's easier to stick with a diet you enjoy. So pick your favorite foods that are healthy, and you'll begin to miss the junk food less and less as you enjoy the healthy diet just as much or more.

Also, I thought the same about speedrunning, but when I saw good ole Siglemic speedrun of 120 stars.... holy butts. I saw my whole childhood beat in less than 2 hours.
