Whenever I see people on the internet talk about how they're going to try really hard to get a lot of things done, I'll always try to stress to them that rest is probably the most important part of any kind anything is the rest period where you rejuvenate and replenish your idea stores. Creativity is like your belly. You can eat a bunch of food, and not feel full yet, but that's because of the delay between engorging and facing the consequences. It's the same with the art. You can create until you've created a bit, but you might use up too much of your creativeness without realising, and then you feel completely spent. It's super taxing. I blame the idolisation of oppressive work ethics
