Raft Comic Final Script (Spoilers!)
Added 2020-04-17 12:22:12 +0000 UTCHere's the final part of the script for the raft comic miniseries I've been working on! I can't remember if I mentioned this already but I decided to call the whole project Staying Afloat.
It's kind of weird for me to make a story without peroperly planning it out, but that's what ended up happening with this series haha. I had a general idea of what I wanted to write about and where I wanted it to end but largely it's been on the fly which I think is why some of them are hit and miss.
It's been a learning experience for sure and I'm so excited to wrap this up! (In a good way, not in like, a wanting to be done with it kind of way!!)
Here's the script for the remaining pages:
11 - Dipping my hands in the water
It doesn't have to be all or nothing. It's OK to slow down. I don't have to treat everything around me as an obstacle when there's so much to enjoy
12 - Riding the waves
And with every storm I face, I get a little bit stronger; a little bit less afraid
13 - Making a bigger raft with a little house
Each hardship teaches me how to be better prepared next time
14 - Helping people out etc
And I can use the things I've learned to help others and make friends
15 - Watching the sunset from a much improved raft with a washing line etc
I've come so much further than I ever thought was possible for me, and there's still so much in front of me. But I'm not worried anymore, I've made the journey my home
16 - Thrown overboard
And if I find myself thrown overboard with no lifeline, then that's OK too...
16 - (not actually sure what to draw for this yet)
If I can't stay afloat, I'll swim.
