Before I get into this update I thought I would pose a question, since it's become more and more relevant as I write these: Do you, as Patrons, prefer the vague "it's a surprise" mentality I take regarding the subject matter of my videos, or would you prefer that I disclose what each video is on in order to give more detailed updates? I personally really enjoy being able to surprise people with a video, but I recognize that when I'm accepting donations from my audience how I like to do things is not the only factor in play anymore.

With that out of the way, this update will still be in the "vague, it's a surprise" format that I've been using until I can make a solid decision one way or the other.

Progress on this video is still chugging along, I've been really caught up in the micro of a few bits this past week refining a lot of what I've already got "done" rather than building more out. I'm trying to ensure that the foundation of the video is as solid as it can possibly be before I build anything new on top of it, as I've been running into a few problems here and there already. Been shifting things around, cutting a lot and reorganizing my thoughts in a way that I think flows a lot more naturally when I'm speaking out loud.

Unfortunately, one of the artists working on "the asset" is going to be out of town until the end of the month, and another has had a shift in their workload that's making it harder for them to find time to dedicate to the project. I can't in good consciousness ask/force them to prioritize their work for me above anything else going on in their lives at the moment, so work on that part of the video is currently a bit slow going. It will still be premiering in this next video, so I'm using this additional time to sort out and really dig deep into the parts that I'm personally working on.

I'm still extremely pleased with the way this video is shaping up, thank y'all as always for supporting me in any way you can.
