Progress update on next review

Hello all, I know I've been a bit radio silent on here so I just wanted to give everyone an update on the progress of the video (as well as some updates about my life because even though I'm sure the majority of you don't care these things affect video production and I think it's worth bringing up). Now, a major thing that has always affected my video production has been my mental health, which I've actually been told a few times comes through in the videos themselves sometimes without me realizing it (notably the fact that I didn't realize how much I talked about suicide in the final NMS video). The big update regarding that is that I am doing better mentally than I ever have in my entire adult life. I'm going to elect not to go into details about why, since my personal life isn't really relevant to the stuff I make, but after this video goes up my next few should be coming out MUCH faster as a result of both this and the fact that they are much simpler projects (knock on fucking wood though, knowing my dumb ass).

I've gotten through the writing and voice-over portion of making the video and have moved on to the editing part, which has revealed another problem. Most of the footage that I recorded while I was writing the video is unusable, with variable frame rates normalizing in Premiere so that clips speed up, slow down, and skip constantly. It's incredibly irritating to watch, so I have been going through trying to recollect footage that I will be actually be able to use. I've been a bit editing blocked as well, but at this point that's not really an excuse because this video needs to be coming out ASAP. I've got nearly enough at this point, I just need some specific clips demonstrating the stuff I was writing and the nature of the games I'm talking about makes getting really specific clips pretty difficult.

If nothing else breaks I should be able to finish the review within the next few weeks. Thank you all so much for supporting me, I know it sounds like a hollow platitude since it's something that just about every "content creator" or whatever says, but it's really amazing to be receiving this support. I don't think I'm ever going to get used to it.
