in a recent updates, Patreon decide to remove some UI filter like "billed for which month" tab that I usually use to deliver the reward, now its gone, and they introduced a new system that aren't fully working, resulting in a big mess of filter jenga while giving me incomplete list for all member from previous month :/
I've sent them a ticket for help and hoping they could also bring back the previous feature but since its weekend its going to take some time to get their feedback.
So if you're a subscriber during October 1st - 31st but did not receive the reward,
