It causes the sunlight to go through more atmospheric particles, scattering the wavelengths, and making the clouds appear pink.' And since air genasi are sky/wind/cloud-based, pink is a viable creative choice. Unless this was a male, in which cause eww gross, boys can't be pink! /jk
