2023-01-08 23:11:33 +0000 UTCY'all talking shit about diseases like you've never lost a high level character to "the bloody flux" (dysentary), "eye rot" (exactly what it sounds like) or "bone ague" (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B3uk5bJcyM8). Nurgle loves you. There is a very good reason why magical healing, particularly shallyan magic, is considered a must-have in warhammer fantasy. Exalted has "the puppeteer plague", but exalts are immune to disease, so there's no personal risk.
