Given the track record that Commoner and Warrior share for adventuring, I’m not sure it will be the most powerful party in Handbook-World. But ya know what? A capable leader can mould even the doughiest NPCs into loyal battle muffins. It just takes a little patience, a bit of strategy, and the willingness to leverage your fellow party members’ weaknesses. After all, how are you supposed to rule through fear and coercion without knowing what makes your victims underlings tick?
Commoner
- Turn Ons: superior housekeeping; flattering undergarments with plenty of tummy control; spatchcocking; not dying to a random AoE
- Turn Offs: idle chatter; putting on airs; preferring takeout to home cooking; small furry creatures of all kinds
Warrior
- Turn Ons: the smell of well-oiled armor; letting him win every once in a while; soothing his existential dread; doing yoga
- Turn Offs: long fingernails; permanent guard duty; having to make his own decisions; piercing weapons
Drow Priestess
- Turn Ons: fresh-baked cookies; the sweet taste of vengeance; males who know their place; a great set of legs
- Turn Offs: small-minded and judgemental folk; the wrong kind of bondage; surface elves; disloyalty; chaotic-good rebels seeking redemption on the surface world
