When you are an millenia old antediluvian evil that just so happens to look like a hot lady I can easily see how you can have a lot of children. Maybe you seduce someone, maybe you are trying out new half-fiendish templates on people, or maybe that virgin blood wasn't quite vetted well enough and you got drunk and that bard had a cute butt... these things happen during the aeons and they have descendants . You know it would be nice to see if Deamon lords hubbie is still around somewhere and how he's doing?
