Added 2022-11-20 09:00:05 +0000 UTCThat was surpisingly close, a near-3-way tie almost happened, and I almost stepped in, but Qiyana won out! I may not know much about League of Legends, but I was a huge fan of Arcane, so here's for more of that excellent show and its characters.
You know the drill: the November poll is here for any and all Interaction Tier Patrons to suggest ladies for me to draw. I've got a few of them in the wings, not all of them are done yet, but expect December to be quite full. Taking this last and coming week a little slower, cuz Turkey Weekend is coming for us Yanks, so it's an excuse to eat a buncha food and to hang out with friends and family, so I have a few things set to go up in queue to lead into a hopefully-nonstop December of arts as I finally catch up to get 2023 on the right track without such a huge backlog!
For those wondering, Pokemon Violet's been pretty fun! If the technical issues don't kill it for you in terms of things like pop-in, framerates and other visual oddities, the core gameplay loop's gotten a few nice QoL improvements that make it even quicker to get what you want done. It's not perfect, not that any Generation is, but it feels like Game Freak is really on to something this year with where they'd like to take the series going forward, the issue lies with their trouble with 3D engines and being a bit too ambitious with either their talent, vision, and/or, more than likely, development time. GF needs to stop acting like they're a small indie company working on the Game Boy and accept some help to make these games run technically and visually where we all want them to be, cuz the core gameplay is still great as someone who's been playing since Blue!
...sorry about that, I care about Pocket Monsters and want them to be better, and part of that is cuz we're gonna do a Gen IX welcome party in Let's GROW after Jenny Gigantamaxes on Tuesday! Hopefully y'all look forward to that, and have a good week no matter if you celebrate Thanksgiving or not! I'm always thankful y'all are here and support me, makes me wanna do even better.
