But one thing you have to accept, which I'm sure you've picked up on by now, is that things are awfully convenient sometimes, with little or no explanation. Like when Zhu Yan just said he would make Yichen immune to his powers forever, but never explained how he was gonna do that. Or, unless I missed something, why Zhu Yan didn't notice his senses were sealed. The plot can feel kind of random at times. But the show seems to be all about the characters and their relationships with each other anyway. I just think it's so funny when something happens and then a couple episodes later they're like "Oh yeah, no it didn't." Or a random item we've never heard of shows up and saves the day right when they need it. ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ But it's great if you take it as a running joke.
