2024-08-26 16:52:54 +0000 UTCMaybe you already know this (I guess now you have finished 5 EPs), well there are many different doors, total 12 doors for each person, for example my first door is A but his/her first door is B, these doors have different world views, stories, rules and everything. so this snow village door is Lingling's first door, after he get out of this door, the next door which is his second door will come find him. And speaking of cutting out, I think this is a misunderstanding, let me explain: the censor standards of "regular web drama" and "short web drama" are different, and they want this drama to air smoothly so they changed the length of each episode and made this a "short web drama", it's originally about 40 minutes each EP (this international version you're watching on Viki is original length), they just made one EP became two EPs, but the plots are the same, no difference at all, so this definitely can't prove that there are plots being cut out, you can be assured about this, I mean yes two MCs don't kiss but other than that you can obviously tell they are lovers (you just need to keep watching Lol). I hope you enjoy Ruan & Lingling's story more and more, to me they are unique, I've watched all the famous C-BL(bromance) dramas, knowing those characters, and I think Ruan & Lingling are definitely one of the most impressive.
