This is a legacy ReShade and is designed around Nova LUT. Never use this with DreamPunk or any other LUT mod than Nova and it should work fine!

Hello! I think this might be the Ganossa Motion effect, you can turn it off in the ReShade overlay by unchecking the checkbox. It should be at the bottom of the checked shader checkboxes!

So I managed to install the AI DOF and the game looks great. However do you know why there is a shaky effect ? It makes my screen move like my player is submerged in water. The map kind of moves out of the screen and comes back.

Ultra+ is really just a config for already existing in-engine graphics parameters. So I removed ultra+ for the AI version. I instead included my own configuration that is more balanced compared to ultra+. For Nova Legacy you can see this name in the picture but the file name is still just Nova LUT, so it's a bit confusing!

And the legacy lut as mentioned is that the original nova lut? Didn't seem to find any lut called Legacy so thought it was just the one at the top that doesn't mention anything at all except nova lut.

I argued the same as you but then I realized the nvidia app works different for different GPU's and so for you and me with RTX 4090 the AI one is easy but for some people it just gets confusing!

Not arguing against it, just want to know in what way it's harder. For the ai there is only nova lut, reshade and then 2 optional mods to download. Original dof there is nova lut, ultra +, reshade, 2 optional mods.

In what way is the AI preset harder? Wasn't there only like 5 things to download and just place them in the map and then go into nvidia app and change those two settings. There is more to download for the original dof? the ai dof doesn't even include cyberpunk ultra plus

It depends. For Heavy Clouds weather I think the original one is still king. But for everything else it's the AI version. The AI preset is harder to setup but it's generally better because the AI is somewhat dynamic in the saturation which really helps in CP2077!

Hello sir, I do not use any other camera mod for the camera but when you walk slow the in-game screen shake becomes a lot more pronounced. Also when using the lowest FOV like I do in my videos the head bobbing becomes more apparent!

It's only the DOF, and it is still possible to use the DOF if you set a frame cap. DOF breaks when FG is activated and the framerate is unstable!

Yes, did this help? Usually when the Depth Buffer loses connection the DOF hard resets the auto focus to 0 which basically makes the entire screen blurry

Looks fantastic when working. NextGen, any ideas on why it might keep reverting to the ENTIRE screen becoming blurry, not just the peripherals? When I flip between reshade settings in Reshade menu in-game, your Photorealistic Reshade works correctly again.

Took me a while to get everything working properly, and I had to alter the setup a bit for my particular configuration - but I now have a Cyberpunk2077 game that looks **insanely** realistic. SO much so that I now spend most of my time in-game just driving around looking at things lol. Thanks man; I was a little turned off of the idea of having a paywall for this, but I'm glad I forked out the 10 bucks - and looking forwards to seeing what else you can come up with. :)

I've finally got it working, but with frame gen on, I get my desired 60fps, but it flickers. When I turn frame gen off, the flickering stops, but my fps is an unacceptable 35-40fps. Is there any way to get the flicker to stop with frame gen on? I need 60fps. Also, any way to tone down the depth of field? Thanks

I haven’t, no. But I will tonight after I get home from work. As for the ray tracing issue, the game always created a corrupted user settings.json file when I had ray tracing on. This happened after update 2.11. In order to run the game with ray tracing, I had to delete that file every time before launching the game. I’ll try what you suggested and see if that helps.

Hello there, try binding a key for disabling/enabling the ReShade, you can do this in the settings tab in the ReShade overlay. It can be useful if you want to play the game with DOF but also want to browse the menus properly!

Playing on a RTX 3060. The game refuses to even load past the CDPR logo if I use even a teeny bit of ray tracing. Even with it off (had to also turn off the cinematic dof so I could see more of the UI), this reshade looks incredible. I have no issues with it. 1,000% recommend.

ultra plus mod + path tracing , frame gen off, along with setting fps to around 60 or 120. make sure your reshade addons menu matches the screenshot. also keep weather cloudy

I have got this all up and running. What setting do you run in the graphics? Game looks pretty good but not the same as in your YouTube video. Mainly trying to attain the scene in the desert through the canyon. Or the flying bike. Also yeah have to agree it is a bit over done on the distant distortion. Personal take though great re-shade.

Hello sir, try tweaking the near dof max in the ReShade overlay, under the Cinematic DOF tab further down in the list! I can imagine this detail needs to be tweaked for your setup!

Everything looks great except the DOF starts like 1/3rd of the way down my screen in a linear fashion. Don't know if it's because I have an ultrawide monitor or something, but its so bad that I can only see things in focus near the top of my screen. Anyone know how to fix this? (other than disabling the DOF)

set a low framerate 45-60 and dont use frame gen and use a dlss setting that is good for ur hardware, then in reshade addons check the box that was match dlss exacty

Yes the settings are identical in there. I can't see a DoF option in the Reshade anywhere to enable or disable.

Appreciate the feedback! Sunny days are very hard to get realistic, but I’m working on an update to help with this. It’s however important to note that the current weather system is not really designed for photorealistic lighting. The sun lighting is using a different technology compared to the rest of the lighting in the game, this is why it is very hard to get the sunny days looking great while also getting everything elso to look great. As long as the sun is below the horizon the game usually looks photorealistic. As of right now, that’s the reality

Honestly it looks fine most of the time but it looks so washed out during sunny days, the sky barely looks blue, even worst in the desert, no matter how I play with the gamma. It looks ok ish once you raise the gamma but everything else looks too dark. I have path tracing on and I followed every step.

Hello sir, that's very strange. Try reinstalling the preset and deselecting the Cinematic DOF. It could be the depth buffer not working properly for you. ReShade rarely makes the game crash but sometimes it will because of Frame Generation, so turn that off temporarily if you're using it.

Hello sir, Ultra Plus should be PT21 as it is the latest version of PT. PT20 is a lot faster but won't look as good. The extra files are not necessary, I use none of them. There have been some updates to the mods and I'll have to look through the guide again

Do you use the v1.8 of the Ultra Plus PT20 mod with the "insane" preset on? Also what additional files do you use from Ultra Plus (if any, for example Better Windows/Vanilla Glass/Vanilla Plus Visual enhancement)? Just wasn't as clear in the notepad file. My game seems to crash whenever I add the Not So Good Distance mod with this as well!

Hello again, yes I think your reshade did not properly install with the latest .ini file in this zip. Download one of the zip files in this post and make sure you drag all the files in the zip to your installation folder, for steam this is usually: Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077. After this install reshade 6.0 again and make sure you browse to the ini. file under Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64 or your installation location when it asks for a preset to install. I also replaced the old picture in this post showing the settings because it was using reshade 5.9.2

Great preset, but I still have the issue from the previous version. In the corners of the screen and sometimes across the entire screen, it keeps flickering blurred. Could it be some game settings that I need to change? There are only two options for me to check in the add-ons tab instead of four. I am using the latest version of Reshade; perhaps I need to switch to another version.
