10/24/17 and Followup

Hey everyone, it's been a while.

I wish I had the energy to set up something witty or interesting, but to say that I'm busy would be an understatement. I'm actually in class right now, and spent the last 5 hours on a report, and will be spending the next 4 hours in a lab to set up another report next week. I also have another set of exams next week that I'll need to study for. AND I have to finish the transition from my old to my new apartment. So please understand if updates are still slow for the next couple days. 

But enough about my problems, you want to hear about the game! The other day I went peeking around on 4chan's video games general board, where I noticed they had a page for rpgmaker, how about that? Looking at some things there, I noticed some crazy shit you can do with the software if you're ambitious. Like I saw a sidescroller and isometric layout game examples, now THAT is crazy. Anyway, aside from that I noticed they had linked a bunch of resources, tutorials, and other things for rpgmaker developers, including a crack of MV. A lot of them aren't useful to me, because they have more focus on combat or something, but there were other graphics and such which intrigued/inspired me. For example, there were certain graphics for characters which show animations for actions, like cleaning, smoking, laughing etc. It would be interesting to try and make a scolding animation, or maybe a graphic for dragging someone by their hand. Either way, this is stuff for the far future. I'm thinking the next update will be all systemic, so having all of the dialogue and scenes set up, but then I'll be making a separate update to include more graphical/design changes. One example of that is how the facial graphics during scenes don't always display the right emotion. 

Anyway, that's all I got for now. Just wanted to give an update on things.
