5/20/17 bonus update

Still working on that dialogue, not much more now. I came to a realization recently that this new system of stats I put into the game allow for more scene to be possible than ever before. To better explain what I mean, in the past I designed events around new characters that are unfamiliar with the player not being able to cast certain judgments on them, due to the player being a complete stranger they have never heard of. But now, with the reputation system in place, it allows for events which would start if the character has a high or low behavior value. For example, you are placed in a situation of authority over others due to you having a good reputation. Or perhaps you are assumed to have been guilty of a crime or action because of your bad reputation. This not only gives the possibility of locking some events based on your reputation, but also branching events that have different outcomes based on your stats as well. Since your behavior is closely tied to your dominance stat, which rises and falls based on your actions, a player who would prefer a "top" role, will therefore naturally be much less likely to experience an event where they get punished than those who play more of a "bottom" role. Another possible feature connected with this, is that certain text options will change to display this. For those familiar with the Fallout games, you'd know that if you had certain stats (like high strength or intelligence) more speech options would be available to you in certain conversations. This way, instead of a dialogue option automatically getting you out of a scene if you have a high behavior stat, you instead get an option to take the standard text choice which would fail in that situation, or extra choice you earned to pass the the situation. That way if your stats stray too far in one direction you always have the chance to bounce back. This goes back to an announcement I made a while ago about a "pure bottom" or "pure top" run both being possible in the new version.

Since for the moment I've stopped all spanking-related brainstorming, that should help. I finished most of the dialogue I wanted to do so now I'm just working on putting the dialogue into the game and formatting it, kind of mind numbing work either way. The good thing about the human body in this situation is that you never get bored of sex, so I imagine getting a creative block in this situation would be much harder than normal.

Don't go too hard with this. Make sure to allot breaks to avoid the burnout you mentioend with the prior post. Also, as long as the ideas keep flowing, or keep smacking as the case seems, I think burnout will be easier to avoid.

This new system keeps sounding more and more interesting. I also thought the comparison you made to Fallout was interesting. Have you thought about having items/equipment that would affect your stats? Maybe certain clothes make you look more/less intimidating and affect your base dominance/submissive stat (the punishment outfit in Iron City would be a good start for this).

As soon as I get a solid base to stand on, I think adding new features as time goes on won't be that difficult. I have to prioritize that most of all.
