Little Backstory:

Val was born from two Female Dragons. Both Protectors of the Flight.

As such, she was practically made to be a protector. And she takes her job VERY seriously. Protect the Elders, the hatchlings, and the resources.

Of course, she gets a bit too carried away and often goes into the forest to collect more supplies while the older adults go off on their 'hunts' at the beginning of winter. This gets her in trouble with Seraphina. Does that stop her?

Of course not! What's the harm in collecting more lumber for the builders? Or more herbs for the healer? It's not like the older adult dragons are here to do it anyway. And she's strong, well equipped for the harshness of the snowy mountain terrain.

She keeps in shape better by doing those things anyway!

Most of the village likes her, though some elders have qualms with her listening ability. Seraphina is also butting heads with her 70% of the time.

However, no one can argue that she puts the whole Flight first!
