BUILDING A MARBLE CLOCK THAT SHOWS SECONDS!

Is evident that I lost my marbles and now I want to do it faster!! I'm trying to build a clock that can update every second and that, I can tell you that that comes with its own set of hurdles.
At this point I'm pretty sure that there's someone out there with the job title "marble dealer" because it is damn hard to get the marbles you need how you need them.

I really really hope you haven’t done too many marbles. You’re overheating them and that’s why the “blue” isn’t taking on the first go. Also - the success of the cold bluing method is entirely dependent on surface prep and degreasing which I fear might not be sufficient.
