At the very least we should still be able to make obviously artistic work. Work that has clearly not trying to integrate itself into everyday life as anything else but art. This HAS to be possible. Without Watermark. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Not every image on CivArt is big boobs ect. There is some beautiful stuff there. We need more Ai Art Galleries. FAST.

I don't expect them to be able to understand anything at all. Really. But I thought something like this, some kind of hammer law without nuance and not based on reality of art and freedom of expression. There is not even a seperation of ai image based on photo realism and obvious art or satire.

2024-09-05 22:04:15 +0000 UTCI mean if it just requires a watermark isn't asking much. Sounds very fair if that was all. Also it always ends up with the other end of things where these controls can probably be subverted by real bad actors and it doesn't really provide its original protection and just slows down the evolution of the technology.
