Yes, that's true. I really love how this lens does not give the perfect image, but instead has it's own character. I will try other cheap lenses when I get around to it :)

It seems like most people have to have the tack sharp image and the perfect colors. That is not always the case. In my humble opinion it comes down to the story of the image.
