Yes, i totally forgot about that. But since it's just a black and white image, all you do is bring in the levels a bit and if it's not completely black and white, just desaturate it. ;)

2019-07-28 16:59:52 +0000 UTCHi Olivio, excellent video. I know it was long, but the techniques you showed were very interesting. I particularly like the patch tool. It also demonstrated that sometimes 'good enough' is good enough and you don't have to go to the Nth degree to call the restoration complete. I have been doing some restoration and I find the eyes and hands difficult to get right. I also noticed that when you were using the brush tool, the resolution of the paint was not pixellated like the photo (i.e. much smoother), I suppose that's a good thing! Some great techniques and thanks for doing it in real time to show that progress can be quicker in some areas more than others.
