I think what most artists do is that at some point they simply decide to go with one things that works for them and try to improve on that. Things are just to complicated to keep being good at too many things. But it is also a constant problem with creatives to kind of run in circles trying to keep up with several things that are interesting and having to let go things that are fun but there is just not enough time to do them.

Hi Olivio, when you see a collection of photos together like you showed, it is quite clear that DF has developed quite a strong style. As I have said elsewhere, the notion of taking a 'perfect' photo and creatively modifying it is a step that I struggle with. There are too many variables and I don't necessarily have the vision/imagination to visualise the end result I am aiming for. I suppose this is called a lack of experience!

Thank you, Pete. I want to bring more like these. They are more about Style then technique, which is fairly similar to the "Night lights" tutorial. So i was a bit concerned if this is enough :)

Great stuff Olivio. I like adding to the creativity toolkit in this way.

Thank you Bob. :) I think that he is using Lightroom for this, so he has a lot more settings and probably does it in a different way. but i found that this is a pretty nice and simple way to get something similar :)

Great tutorial Olivio. I like the understanding of the "how-to" of others styles. Thx
