Thank you, i'm pretty happy with that too. I didn't look yet into the 1.7 update, maybe that's going to be even better :)

Yes! This works a treat and now looks realistic (to my eyes at least) on my version of the wall.

Very nice Olivio. I had seen the channel you mentioned, but I have to say, your take on it is much better. Adding the colour average to the white is a fantastic addition and makes such a difference, although subtle. Thank you for taking the time to explore and explain this to us.

Kevin Phillips

Thank you, Christopher :) Yes, i really like that ambient light trick too :)

Olivio Sarikas

The color average just put the cherry on top of this! It gave the so subtle but necessary tone to the white on the bricks. Nothing in the image says 'digital effect' now. Well done, Olivio!

Thank you, William. I was surprised how good this worked too :) Still think they need to fix the effect to make it work better and more obvious on how to use it. But for now it's a nice way to use it :)

I'm so happy with this one. I'd seen similar effects in Photoshop tutorials, but I dropped my Photoshop subscription.
