Bienchen died today

this time i come with a sad message to you. My beloved cat "Bienchen" died today. She had Cancer for months and finally found her peace today.
Although this is very sad, it also is a reminder to live and enjoy your Life as long as it lasts. Bienchen was always a very happy and attentive cat. Full of emotion and enjoying every day.
Today I was reminded to ask myself:
- Do i dare more than i fear
- Do i love more than i hate
- Do i enjoy more than i regret
- Do i embrace more than i forfeit

Thank you, Kevin. I made some videos and bunch of photos of her, the day before she died. So i have something to remember her. I was thinking about keeping some hair, but thought that might keep me sad for a longer time than need be. It's strange how we only ever find out how much someone meant to us and how much more we should have done for them, once they are gone.

At least my other cat had sort of christmas today, getting new toys, fresh meat and some extra treats

I just went through this a few months ago, and I still miss my chubby, furry buddy. But the pain of missing him doesn't even come close to outweighing the 19 years of joy we shared. Even though we are more than 8,000 KM apart, I'm sending you a hug.
