2019-07-07 00:34:00 +0000 UTCThat's actually a good point. I think i should do a second part. Copyright might be a problem if the cover picture is totally unrelated to the content and/or stolen. There is a fair-use rule where you can use content when it is for educational or journalistic purposes, even if it is copyright protected. But that means the video must be directly about that content. For example playing copyrighted music in the background of a educational video about flower painting, does not count as fair use.
