2018-09-05 23:34:31 +0000 UTCAnother great 'behind the scenes' video Olivio. You make several valid points that resonated with me and I will reflect on the three areas you delve into. Although this work is not my career (more a hobby), I do understand the difference between saying somebody likes your work and actually paying for it. I would add that recognition by experts could also be another morale booster. Very recently, I was awarded two 'highly commended' certificates for a couple of photographs in a competition I entered. Although I didn't win the competition, I am absolutely delighted by the recognition of independent experts. Once again, thank you for sharing your expertise with us.
