EXCITING CHANGES

Hello my Friends,

most of you have reacted very positive to my mail about the upcoming changes. Thank you very much for your support. Especially to the Patrons who raised their contribution ahead of coming changes. I'm as nervous and excited about this as you are. Also because this will show if my channel actually works. There is so much I want to write about this, but at the same time I don't want to have a endlessly long post. 

I want to use this month as a transition time. "Early Supporter" patrons get my Affinity Files for another two weeks and also a free "Behind the Scene" Episode that is coming as new reward for the 5$ Tier.

So, what are the Changes? Here is what's new:

Early Supporter Tier

This Tier functioned as a prove of concept and has run for a good 4 months already. As of this month (with a transition time of 2 weeks) this Tier will be retired. Instead of it, the new and permanent 3$ Tier will come with a new reward. 1$ Tier that is purely based on good will, without the rewards. A "buy me a coffee" kind of Tier.

 1$ Tier 

This is good will based Tier, with only one reward: get my videos 7 days prior. A "buy me a coffee" kind of Tier. :)

3$ Tier

This Tier will replace the "Early Supporter" Tier with all of it's benefits PLUS some new and cool rewards. What you get:
- My Affinity Photo files
- Feedback from me on your Community Posts here on Patreon
- NEW: Take part in Polls to decide upcoming topics
- NEW: Early access to all new tutorials 7 days before everyone on Youtube

With around 2 videos per week, that's over 100 tutorials per year. Ready that blows my mind too :D

5$ Tier

This Tier gets some really cool stuff with the new "Behind the Scenes" videos. On top of everything from the 3$ Tier, you get a podcast video from me where I talk about a lot of interesting things like: sources of inspirations, interviews with other creators, what the live of a designer and artists is like, the best ways to improve, learn and find your own voice. Really cool stuff and i promise that all of that will be in laymen terms and useful even from a beginner level on. 

These videos will come every 10 days or 3 per month. I know, in my mail it said once per week, but to be honest, I got a little scared of that. I think a 10 day rhythm will give me the chance to create a better and more well rounded video. But I will make up for the bigger gap by creating longer videos that will range from 20-30 minutes each. 

This means as a 5$ Patron you get 24 additional videos with great insider knowledge and a look inside the real process and life of being a creator. 

8$ Tier

Get up close and personal. With this Tier you get the chance to ask me a Question every month that I will answer in the "Behind the Scenes" Video. It's like a Q&A personalized for you. How awesome is that! Of course the questions can't be too personal, but in that case I will write you to send me another question.

Changed Billing Rhythm

These New Tiers also require a new billing rhythm. Instead of at the end of the month, your contribution will be collected at the beginning of the month. This enables me to hand out the rewards as soon as someone subscribes and will make the process a lot smoother on both sides. As a preset Patron you won't feel a difference.
