IMPORTANT UPDATES: New pre-supported system

First of all, we apologize for the issues we're having with the pre-supported models. This is our first time doing this, and your feedback is always necessary to improve and solve every problem we can have.
We want to announce a new partnership with Orwel from 3DSupport Solutions, a miniature supporter expert who works for other companys and patreons. Orwell will re-do all the supports in the Starter Pack. You can see in the pictures the difference between the old and new support system. You can find him in Discord: Orwel#7278
Hopefully, we'll have the new supports very soon. Also, we're going to create a Facebook group to resolve any doubts soon, where you guys could talk with Orwel directly.
Please, don't print the miniatures until we get all the stater pack pre-supported again.
