Scale comparation and printed starter pack!

Hi there!

I just want to show you the complete printed Starter Pack and a scale comparation picture with some GW miniatures, to solve any doubt about the scale, which is almost 32 mm from the feet to the eyes!

We hope you're having a great weekend!

Hi Daniel! I'm so sorry to heard it. We're working quickly to implement the new supported files. Due to the problem with our models, we're now in partnership whith a professional who works for other patreons and companys to make all the minis perfect from day one. We'll start upload the new miniatures along this day. He has tested the new supports and come out perfect. In a few hours we'll show the difference and hopefully, the problem will be solved. Sorry again for the incovenience and we hope you could join us in the future, when the problems has gone.

I am pretty disappointed in the pre-supported models. I just wasted 7 hours of printing time, about 100g of resin, and had to change my FEP film because every single one of the pre-supported models failed to print correctly and I ended up with a ton of resin stuck to my FEP film. The models look beautiful, but print terrible because of the lack of good supports - every single arm failed to print, the skeleton wizard came out as a particularly nasty bump on the FEP film, almost entirely failing. I joined this patreon as a way of quickly building up an army of skeleton figures, because of the attractiveness of the figures and the inclusion of a pre-supported option - but instead of saving me time it's wasted it. I most likely will not be staying onboard with this patreon.

Hi Dallas! First of all, thank you for supporting us and for your feedback! This is our first time in Patreon, and we're trying to improve each day. Your feedback is really important for us to make better models. About the bases, we didn't do a specific bases for this release, we only made a square basic base. You can now find it in the Sekeleton Spearmen Unit folder, in the Archive. Sorry for the inconvenience. And about your skeleton mage feedback, we decided to left the bottom of the foot plane because, when you print it, the foot is barely noticeable. But, as we need to modify some aspects of the skeleton mage, we'll redo the bottom of the foot to make it more appealing. Thank you again for your feedback. :D

for starters, i am liking the release so far, but i havent actually gotten to print them yet. i have two issues to bring up however. first is the foot on the skeleton mage. the bottom of the foot was left incomplete and looks terrible. you really should rework it and finish it up. secondly where are the bases? maybe i missed the file, but i cant find them anywhere. i am a member of 6 paetrons counting this, but to be honest i only stay with the very best ones.i hope these small oversights are not a sign of things to come, the art is very good so far, but focus on the little stuff a bit more.

Hi Javier! First of all, thank you so much for supporting us in this new adventure and for your kindness words. And yes, the thickness of this skeletons is the main problem of this release. We can ensure you that we've learnt the lesson haha. The next miniatures releases are going to be bigger (talking about thickness), to avoid any problem about it. We tried to make the skeletons as much realistic as possible, mantaining the heroic scale, but some bones (like the arms or the legs) are to thin. For example, we tried to print them incresing a bit the exposure time to 16 secs, that allow us to print them correctly losing only a bit of details. We're now learning a new method about supporting miniatures, working inside the photon validator, painting pixels in each layers to connect the islands to the main body. Doing this we'll reduce the amount of supports for each mini, wasting less resin. We'll try to improve and making better supported miniatures. :D

Hello! I think the problem for me it is not so much the scale, but the thickness of the models. They are SUPER fragile. I am in the presupported tier, and I tried to print a full plate (I have a sonic mini). Most of the small supports were too thin and failed, and the ones that didn’t fail were a PITA to remove because some of the supports were stronger than the bones of the models. I think making them thicker would make them easier to print and also easier to transport and to play with. BTW, I printed Artisans Guild and Titan Forge presupported releases with no problem, exact same settings. Keep up the good work though, I really like the way you sculpt and the direction this patreon is going. Thanks!
