I was anorexic when I was in high school. I was 5'10 and weighed 60 pounds. I would run the water trying to hide the vomiting. I wanted to be one of the pretty girls. I stopped for awhile, but I still wanted to be skinny. I passed out on the way to class. I got better for awhile, but started again when I got a job. The need to be one of the "pretty girls". It was a very painful time in my life.
