2024-10-02 19:45:49 +0000 UTCTammy, the grieving mother, was played by Brett Butler who was once a successful stand up comedian, then sitcom star, in the 80’s and 90’s, until drugs and alcohol killed her career. Interestingly, she was also a friend of mine in high school. She was that kid always cracking the class up. I was very surprised to see her resurface again in this show and to see how her past troubles had aged her (not that we're young, she’s 66, 60 at this airing, and I’m 67).
