The poll for this one was SO close! Literally one vote between tape gag and ball gag, and the other options were pretty close behind, too.
There was a lot of lobbbying for going "slower", that is getting more layers in before the tape, and others lobbying to really wrap it up.
When this translated into the art - turns out it all became very very tight! :O
And - just as with the hands, the bottom layer is electrical tape; just in case we want to add more...
