Shi Chen looked at him incredulously. "As a regional authority, are you afraid of bearing responsibility? How do you think, if Huaxia had turned a blind eye to this, allowing twenty million abilities to wander outside, would our borders be safer?"

"Colonel Shi, you're going too far!"
