CwG 0.1.8 fix1, and the GUIDE!

- C*m counter should work for Sarena, some people told me it's also bugged for others but I haven't found any. (I only count when "she" does the job.)
Don't hesitate to report the exact scene if you think it has not been counted. - I have to post the .apk on dropbox: Dropbox APK
- The cunnilingus scene should appear in the replays.
- The backyard option shouldn't be visible before unlocking it.
Don't hesitate to report if I forgot something before I post the free version.
This time there will be something special along this free version so I try to polish a little bit. (You will understand at that moment)
Polish for this 0.1.8.1 in few days:
- Rework of some images of the introduction (not totally changed, just few edits).
- Rework of Berry's B-J animation and audio.
- Guide
The guide will be published for free in the description of my official free releases.
I chose not to explicit every quests because I think the in-game information is enough.
You can check out the Guide in attachment and tell me if you think something is missing! It may be subject to updates over time ^^
It's like a beta test of Guide :p

Granted, I loaded a save game from after leveling her to level 2, but even her new party BJ scene and her morning wood BJ scene don't seem to count towards first BJ received. But anyway, I love this game, can't wait for next content updates!
