"It is with sincere regret that I write to you today to inform you that a loved one has passed away while on the field. As a member of Wigglytuff's Guild, we extend our services to family in mourning, and request your correspondence to set up a date in which we can discuss resources available to those close to the deceased.
We are so sorry for your loss, and hope you'll accept our support during these difficult times."
I imagine a letter would include some more personal details pertaining to the deceased guild member, but something more generic felt like a better reward for those into deciphering rather than hearing about a rando explorer we'd never hear about again.
