WIP: valuables

It's time for another WIP post about what's being worked on for upcoming update. Precious blocks theme won the latest vote poll and so here is a sneakpeek of some of the upcoming content.
So far all of these blocks are work in progress and some values like colors, reflectivity and so on need to be tweaked. Diamond and emerald blocks were really hard to make to be honest, because Minecraft does not have any refraction for these blocks which makes 90% of what these crystals are. So I had to fake it a bit with these gradients, however emerald still needs some more work look cool. So far from these blocks Lapis is the most finished one.
