Schedule for the Week of 10/13/2025

Well, the basement construction is just about wrapped (inspection at the end of the month) and I’m pretty excited about it. It’s been a long time saving, planning, even talking about it, but the end feels near. We’re going to be closing out our storage unit (fingers crossed) this week, so maybe at some point I’ll do a stream of just unboxing the basement. You witness the “why would you pack that?” horrors my wife has had to enjoy. On this week’s Ramblecast you can even see what the (mostly) finished basement looks like!

On Monday, Brad is going to join Will and me for a return to Wildgate as we give it another go, this time with all three of us! On Tuesday, Abby is back for more Fright or Sh*te (I’ve decided the asterisks is funnier) and a game where you need to find out if people are human? Then, on Friday, we’ve got a Grab Bag because there are a bunch of smaller games to check out AND a Next Fest happening!

Over in Podcast Land, we’ve got the Watchcast with Final Destination, a movie I’ve been curious about for years! On the Ramblecast we’ve got a tour of the basement (apologies audio listeners, you might want to check the video version for the full experience), and of course we’ll have the NXL Podcast in the middle of the week!
