Okay, here it is, smoothed and polished in all of its 15k words glory, yay!

Now, as you may have already noticed in the title of this post, the story is called just Chapter 5 rather than Chapter 5 - Part 1, which was its original title. Ideally, this story right here should have been the first half of the wrap up chapter in the Nick and Tessa storyline, but considering its length and the difference in tone and content, I thought that it would make more sense to call Chapter 5 - Part 1 simply Chapter 5, and therefore change Chapter 5 - Part 2 to simply Chapter 6. That's it. It's just a matter of different names, but the story you can read here as Chapter 5 is the same story that I posted in the 3 Previews as Chapter 5 - Part 1.

So, as of today I've already started working on Chapter 6, the official finale of Nick and Tessa's adventures, at long last! Of course I have no clear idea of what the posting schedule will be, not so early in the writing process, but I can say that I'll keep the story within the 15k words mark, more or less, like this one here. I'll update you on the progress, as always.

In other news, either tomorrow or the day after tomorrow I'll set up the new poll. This time it won't be about picking a story (because we already have one lined up and it's It Doesn't Take A Genius, which I'm anxious to start working on, finally) but about picking the names of the characters! In fact, we'll have two polls in the coming weeks, each about the names of the main characters in It Doesn't Take A Genius: one poll to pick the little brother's name, and the other to pick the big sister's name. So there's that too coming soon.
