I'm already working on the last few pages of the story as of today, and I expect to finish it and start editing Part 2 at some point this week, so the whole thing should be ready for posting sooner rather than later, all 25k+ words of it, and counting.
As for Part 1 specifically, it's mostly intended as an introduction and a setting of the stage for the main plot points of the chapter, so yeah, the juiciest scenes are coming later in Part 2 but don't worry, there is some action here as well, of course!
Okay, I guess I'd better get back to writing: the sooner I finish Part 2, the sooner I can begin the grueling task of editing it... Meanwhile, enjoy!
