More characters, or not?

Okay, so the next project is going to be An Offer He Can't Refuse Ch. 11 which will mainly deal with (SPOILER ALERT!!!) the introduction of Lori to Mike's family harem. Actually that's not really a spoiler now that I think of it, because the characters plan for exactly that occurrence during chapter 10, but anyways, the point is this: once Lori officially joins the fun too, what then?

Of course there are plenty of answers to that question, and I am considering A LOT of them, from the more drastic ones (meaning, the series might end there, maybe?) to the broader span of milder ones, and that's where I need some feedback from you all. One of the possibilities that I've always left open without really pushing it into the main 'plot' of the series is the introduction of Adam and Abby, Jennifer's twin kids, into the mix. Now, these two characters have been mentioned only twice, if I'm not mistaken, in Chapter 1 (where their existence is mentioned and that's that) and in Chapter 9 (where it is said that they are 'out for the weekend' or something along those lines, thus making possible the poolside threesome at Jennifer's house) and that's all we know.

So, here's my question for you: should I start imagining a future chapter involving Adam and Abby, regardless of their role which is a whole new issue in and of itself? Would you like to see this story open up with these new characters and the developments they might bring to the existing plot, or nor? Simply put: do you want Adam and Abby to be a part of An Offer He Can't Refuse?

Now, you all know how this works: 5$ patrons get 1 vote, 10$ patrons get 2, and 20$ patrons get 3. Multiple votes can be put into one single option if you message me and tell me you want to do so.

Do keep in mind that this poll is mainly exploratory in nature, it helps me get a better understanding of what you think about the story line in general and where it should go. The result, whatever it is, is not meant to directly impact the future story line, not necessarily at least, and not any time soon. It's a way for me to see what kind of future you imagine for the series, whether it's one that more or less sticks with the current state of affairs or one where things open up to new and yet unscripted possibilities/interactions.

Okay, that's it for now: let the voting begin!

Yep, that's the way I'd go too. A spin-off parallel story line that covers what's going on with Jen and her kids, starting with the twins doing their thing, then Jen's perspective on being introduced to Mike and Julia's relationship, then Jen discovering about the twins, then the three of them getting it on and then, eventually, the whole family clan coming together in a 'cross over' episode that would join the two story lines into one common finale. That doesn't sound bad at all, uh? Maybe one day...

After some thought I think you should maybe try to do a stand alone story of Jen, Abby, and Adam. Some set before Jen finds out about what is going on with her sister and nephew and the rest after all that goes on in the current stories.

That's one option, sure, she's assertive and careless enough to pull off something like that. Another option might be to have them catch Jennifer in the act with some of the others, or something else entirely. At this stage the issue is not yet 'how' they get involved, but 'if' they should get involved at all. We'll see...

I think you should have Jen seduce Abby and Adam then have them join the rest.

That's an option for sure. It would offer a chance to add a new story line that runs parallel to the main one, possibly crossing over at some point, even. The only problem with that is, well, despite the twin angle, it would still be a brother/sister story, and at the moment I don't see any good reason to double down on that sub-genre, not while LSBB is still going strong. I do like the idea of seeing the whole AOHCR series from a parallel yet rather close perspective though...

I can guarantee you, Mike won't go bi. None of my male characters ever did, none ever will. That type of scenario falls into a genre I simply do not write about. Still, adding Adam could create a potential 'who's the alpha' type of situation, yes, that's plausible, but I really haven't thought that far down the line. As for adding only Abby, that wouldn't be possible I'm afraid, not considering the potential backstory that I have vaguely in mind for her and Adam.

ZenZerker

I would ok adding Abby to Mike's family harem, but not Adam. I don't want to read about Mike going bi.

Steven Allen

I don’t think they should be added to the story directly, but maybe you could use them for a twincest focused spinoff down the road.
