Venus Redux
Added 2025-08-26 14:00:09 +0000 UTCWay back in 2015, I shot these with Anoush Anou at Kullaberg in Sweden, fairly soon after having acquired my Canon Dreamlens 500 ƒ0.95. Both were shot with my old NEX5 APS-C crop sensor; the focal length is effectively 75mm. And had I not done that, I could not have shot the first image at full aperture, as the lens is not in focus near the sides of the glass at full aperture. I only learned this when I upgraded my camera to an A7R2 full-frame sensor.
Sometimes ignorance is bliss...
