2022-03-16 00:21:32 +0000 UTCBasically it’s two guys who aren’t really right in the head but in totally different ways. Michael is clearly on the spectrum. On the same day he’ll put out one video saying he wants to be a political analyst, interviewing assorted world leaders then he’ll put out another video saying that although he’s done with boxing he wants to spar Ben Shalom and then he’ll put out a third video saying how he sees a future for himself in the licensed trade as he loves the job he has in a pub. I feel bad for the guy, he’s clearly all over the place and I think the boxing “community” has sort of assumed he’s a harmless oddball and allowed him access to events so they can quietly rip the piss out of him in a snide way, using him as an unwitting source of comedy. Porky on the other hand is a physical wreck, an emotional powderkeg, massively over sensitive and definitely a bit of a bully when he senses weakness in certain individuals or situations. He clearly cares about grassroots boxing, fair decisions and how he’s perceived in the industry but no way would he have pulled up on Spencer Fearon in that manner for example. Ultimately nothing will happen between these two. I do though have a feeling that Porky might have a go at the YB next time out, he’s been making noises about “YouTubers who won’t put their face on camera” and he’s “sick of them all and will be pulling up unannounced on a variety of folk this year”. Could just be all talk again but we’ll see.
