She wanted something erotic; interestingly enough, the most erotic image, by far, is the one with the transparent knickers.
Please note:
Her fingers are not touching anything, on the contrary, she is lifting the fabric away to make her pubic area remain diffused.
But the folds of the panties seem to imply a closer connection.
