Shruti in chains

We have few women of color in Denmark, and as you say, “the neighbor's grass is always greener.”
We set up a shoot, but she was one of the models dealing with everything other than the photoshoot (texts, phone calls, keeping up with social media) and was generally not very present from a mental point of view.
I don’t know exactly what’s going on in her life, but I remember wanting to finish the shoot sooner rather than later as I didn’t feel like shooting with her anymore.
I still did my best to infuse enthusiasm throughout. In retrospect, the shooting experience has probably clouded my objectivity of the images:
I think these are mediocre at best, and I really didn’t feel like editing them…

Thank you for your honest statement. I can empathize with you. It used to happen to me several times, but fortunately more rarely recently. But these are also experiences from which you can learn something.
