While I agree that Kageyama has issues communicating, I think there were two things that had been bothering him during this match making him lose his cool. 1. He'd seen the level of the competition they were going to face at the Nationals tournament and realizing Karasuno still needed to improve a lot to compete at the top level. 2. Miya Atsumu saying "Anyone who can't hit my sets is absolute trash" and calling him "Goody Two Shoes." While what Miya said sounds ridiculous, both of these statements become much clearer when Coach Ukai points out that Kageyama has always been accomodating for his setters bad habits. He constantly tossed the ball focused more on ease for his spikers instead of focusing more on making the best set for each situtatiion, something Miya would never do. Since coming back from the camp, he's decided to stop making adjustments to his plays, and demanding the best out of his spikers forcing them to get rid of their bad habits.

Edit : Okay, it seems they accidentally uploaded all of the previous Season 4 episodes in this one as well, haha. A little mistake in the title (should be S4), and as already mentioned, Episode 7 starts at 3H26M.
